Well, I hope that you’re sitting down for this one - March 2017 posted a year-over-year increase of an astonishing 42 per cent from the same time period last year.
The average selling price in Durham Region rose from $489,755 in March 2016 to $697,896 last month.
It’s a great time to be a home seller in Durham Region.
